Glenariff Estate offered a stunning range of exclusive home sites and community facilities that was the envy of the south-east residential corridor.
This development was an exciting and ingenious residential development in Canning Vale that had been hailed as innovative in the south-east corridor, setting aside 9Ha of conservation land as a permanent nature reserve.
Glenariff Estate consisted of more than 430 residential lots and a 2Ha of retail/commercial precinct and was the first to promote cottage lots of less than 350m2, south of the inner city suburban area. This was viewed as being cutting edge in design at the time and has since been copied by other estates and developers in the region.
Crowned “The Queen of Canning Vale”, the sales performance had out delivered expectations by all industry standards and out-stripped production, with the first stage of 55 lots selling out in a matter of weeks when first launched in 2005.
